Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Paul Davison (ranked 3435 p4p, 4432 weight class) and Joe Callo (ranked 263 p4p, 0 weight class). Davison comes to the cage accompanied by Where the Streets Have No Name - U2. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Daniel Franklin and Michael Johnstone.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davison lands with an overhand left.
Callo slips a jab from Davison.
Davison lands a right hook to the body.
Davison jabs at Callo's body.
Callo doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Davison listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
A swing and a miss from Davison.
Callo follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
Davison looks to throw the jab but Callo is out of range.

Davison tests Callo's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Davison fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Callo on the side of the head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Callo on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Davison cracks Callo with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Callo fails with the takedown.
Callo looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Davison is fending him off so far but Callo persists. Nope, Davison circles away and we're back to standing.
Davison throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Davison thuds a left hand into Callo's body.
A left lands for Davison.

Callo rushes Davison and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Davison looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Davison escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Davison changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Davison lands with an uppercut that bounces Callo off the cage and back into range.
Davison fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Callo manages to avoid it.
Callo shoots in looking for a takedown. Davison tries to sprawl out of it but Callo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Davison manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Paul Davison has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joe Callo.
Callo takes one to the side of the head.
Callo tries to clinch there but Davison circles away.
A counter left hand to the body from Davison misses its target.
Davison looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Davison cracks Callo with an open hand slap.
Davison lands a nice looking body shot.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Davison lands with a right hand.
Davison ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Callo moves away.
Callo shoots in looking for a takedown. Davison tries to sprawl out of it but Callo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Davison manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Davison connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Callo moves forwards but Davison connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Davison keeps the fight on the outside.
Davison jabs Callo right on the nose. Callo blinks but takes it well.
Davison bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Callo's head.

Callo is rocked!
Callo switches off momentarily and Davison cracks him with a monster right hand! Callo topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Davison dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Davison!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Paul Davison!
