The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Obispo circles away from the clinch attempt.
Turner throws a series of punches but Obispo avoids them all with ease.
Obispo avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Obispo takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Obispo closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Turner is looking to control Obispo's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Turner avoid being mounted?
Turner wants to get back to his feet.
Obispo seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Turner tries to kick Obispo off but Obispo keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
