Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Pit Canthropus Jr (ranked 3753 p4p, 24760 weight class) and Yawa Kiang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Canthropus Jr comes to the cage accompanied by Austin Powers - Daddy Wasn't There. Yawa Kiang has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 24 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yawa Kiang!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Paul Gruel and Ryoma Takatsuka.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Canthropus Jr does it's job there.
Kiang takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Canthropus Jr lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Canthropus Jr lands with an uppercut that bounces Kiang off the cage and back into range.
Canthropus Jr displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Canthropus Jr pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Kiang goes for a double leg but Canthropus Jr avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Canthropus Jr continues to drive forward.
Kiang on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Canthropus Jr rushes Kiang and presses him up against the cage.

Canthropus Jr breaks the clinch.
Kiang tries to score a power double leg takedown but Canthropus Jr sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kiang somewhat.

Canthropus Jr moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Canthropus Jr pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Canthropus Jr forces Kiang back against the cage and clinches.

Canthropus Jr breaks the clinch.
Canthropus Jr lands a jab-cross combination.

Kiang is rocked!
Pit Canthropus Jr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Canthropus Jr rushes Kiang and presses him up against the cage.
Kiang is still on wobbly legs! Can Canthropus Jr finish him?
Kiang has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Canthropus Jr is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Pit Canthropus Jr has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yawa Kiang.

Canthropus Jr breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Canthropus Jr has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Steel Penn Training Den in the buildup to the fight.

Canthropus Jr circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Kiang to the canvas! Kiang doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Canthropus Jr keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

Pit Canthropus Jr tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
