Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Seelow Heights (ranked 1301 p4p, 1177 weight class) and Yevgeny Ignatov (ranked 210 p4p, 193 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

With a record of 20 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Yevgeny Ignatov!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heights throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Seelow Heights seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ignatov closes the distance and clinches.

Ignatov jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Heights walks away with a smile on his face. Ignatov gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Heights walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Ignatov checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Heights thuds a left hand into Ignatov's body.
Heights dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Ignatov. That did some damage!
Ignatov doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Ignatov has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Heights uses from the top position.

Heights wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ignatov chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Heights can pounce on him.
