Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 25 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chief Walker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 23 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tayaen Porfirigo!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Aafke Stam and Paul Aken.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Porfirigo tries to keep at a distance but Walker has taken the fight into the clinch.
Walker misses with a punch on the inside.
Porfirigo blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Porfirigo breaks from the clinch.
Walker misses with an uppercut. Porfirigo saw that one coming.
Chief Walker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Walker bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Porfirigo's head.

Porfirigo drives through and clinches with Walker against the cage.

Porfirigo breaks from the clinch.
Porfirigo moves away from the strike by Walker.
Porfirigo wants to clinch.

Walker catches Porfirigo napping and connects with a big right hand that sends Porfirigo to the canvas!

Porfirigo is rocked!

It looks like Tayaen Porfirigo has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Porfirigo controls Walker momentarily but Walker frees himself.
Walker trying to stand up but can't free himself from Porfirigo's guard.
Porfirigo is pulling down on Walker's head to control his posture.

Walker would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Porfirigo has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Walker can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Walker gets to his feet. Porfirigo looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Walker throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Porfirigo is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.

Walker drives through and clinches with Porfirigo against the cage.
Porfirigo throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Walker blocks it with crossed arms.

Porfirigo has clasped his hands together around Walker's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.

Walker explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Walker throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Walker misses with a looping right.

Porfirigo walks into a left hand.

Walker lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Porfirigo sprawling to the canvas. Walker follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Porfirigo hang on?
Porfirigo is still in real trouble! Can Walker finish him?
Walker tries to stand and escape but Porfirigo is controlling the position.
Porfirigo seems to have recovered his senses.
Porfirigo is trying to maintain the position but Walker is very close to passing his half guard.
Porfirigo regains full guard. Nicely done.

Walker gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Porfirigo misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
The fighters circling - Walker throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Porfirigo gets in close and instigates a clinch.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Walker.
Porfirigo blocks an uppercut.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Porfirigo.
Walker lands an uppercut.

Porfirigo lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.

Walker pushes Porfirigo off and gets back to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Porfirigo avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Walker lands a big shot that drops Porfirigo! Can he finish him?

Porfirigo is working an open guard so Walker takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Walker waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Porfirigo. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Porfirigo to the canvas! Can he finish him!?
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Walker gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Walker takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Walker tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Porfirigo defends well and Walker ends up having to push Porfirigo into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Porfirigo throws a fast counter high kick but Walker manages to duck under it in time.
Walker misses with a hook from the clinch.
Porfirigo is trying to break the clinch but Walker is controlling him.

Porfirigo is trying to trip Walker. He has hold of a leg but Walker is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Porfirigo persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Walker is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Walker has a couple of punches blocked by Porfirigo.
Walker lands with a light punch inside.
Walker misses with a hook from the clinch.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Walker swings wildly with an uppercut but Porfirigo uses good head movement to avoid it.
Porfirigo has Walker pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Walker manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Chief Walker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tayaen Porfirigo.
Walker lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Walker forces Porfirigo back against the cage and clinches.
Walker throws a punch but it's blocked by Porfirigo.
Porfirigo tries to pull guard but Walker won't allow it.
Porfirigo takes a shot to the head.
Porfirigo drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Porfirigo is working for takedown but Walker is calmly controlling the position for now.
Chief Walker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tayaen Porfirigo.
Porfirigo has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Walker after a bit of a struggle.
Walker lands a hook to the side of the head.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Porfirigo wants to break the clinch but can't.

Walker breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Walker throws a shot from downtown. Porfirigo moves away and avoids it.

Porfirigo looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Walker!

Walker throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!

Chief Walker is winning the standup battle so far.

Walker cracks Porfirigo with an uppercut from hell and Porfirigo crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Walker's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

Chief Walker overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Walker shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Porfirigo as he jumps to the side.
Walker is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Porfirigo can do to turn this around?
Porfirigo shoots in but no luck this time.
Porfirigo fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Walker avoids it really well and circles away.

Walker misses with a wild combination.
Porfirigo fails with the takedown
and Porfirigo takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Porfirigo bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Walker is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Porfirigo.
Walker throws a hook to the side of Porfirigo's head but Porfirigo sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Walker closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Porfirigo has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Walker is on him like a limpet, forcing Porfirigo back against the cage.
Walker misses with some punches.
Porfirigo blocks an uppercut.
Porfirigo wants to take the fight to the mat but Walker manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Porfirigo blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Walker throws a punch but it's blocked by Porfirigo.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Walker.

Porfirigo fails to pull guard.
Chief Walker has scored more points in the clinch so far.

Walker has clasped his hands together around Porfirigo's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.

Walker decides to stand back up. Walker steps back and let's Porfirigo get back to his feet.
Nice takedown defense from Walker. No joy for Porfirigo on that attempt.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Walker.
Walker connects with a good right hand that stumbles Porfirigo. Porfirigo circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Porfirigo get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Porfirigo stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Walker runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:38 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Chief Walker!
Chief Walker was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
Tayaen Porfirigo was interviewed post fight and said 'Now, I will kill myself...'.
