Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between AdmiralGeneral Aladeen (ranked 4225 p4p, 2314 weight class) and Paulo Roberto (ranked 325 p4p, 204 weight class). Aladeen comes to the cage accompanied by Gogol Bordello - Wonderlust King. Roberto has chosen Samba de Roda as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Paulo Roberto has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 6 - 2, fighting out of Tokyo, Paulo Roberto!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Konstantin Menshow and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aladeen drops his hands momentarily and Roberto takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
It looks like AdmiralGeneral Aladeen has been cut.
A shot to the liver by Roberto. Beautiful body shot.
Roberto misses with a looping right.

and Aladeen cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Aladeen tries to throw a body punch but Roberto avoids it by throwing Aladeen back against the cage.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Roberto, as that shot connected.
Aladeen steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Roberto.

Paulo Roberto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Aladeen really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Roberto swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Oh Aladeen is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fighters circle momentarily. Aladeen darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Aladeen.
A countering left hand to the body from Roberto misses.
Roberto misses with a hook.
Aladeen seems to have got his legs back now.
A big right from Roberto misses.
A little feinted left hand from Aladeen on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Roberto fails to land with a series of punches.

Aladeen is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Aladeen was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Roberto works Aladeen's body with a nice hook.
Aladeen is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Aladeen throws an off balance right hand
and Roberto counters with a stiff right hand.
Roberto swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Roberto looks to land a left hand but Aladeen moved out of range nicely.
Roberto lands a big uppercut and Aladeen crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Aladeen looks OK. Roberto waves Aladeen back to his feet!
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Roberto cracks Aladeen with a hook to the temple - Aladeen is on wobbly legs here! Roberto swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Aladeen falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Roberto wins by TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Paulo Roberto!
A very excited looking Paulo Roberto made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
