Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tolby Wyatt (ranked 5478 p4p, 4424 weight class) and Bruno Del Castillo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bruno Del Castillo is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bruno Del Castillo!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wyatt has managed to clinch.

Wyatt breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Wyatt tries to close the distance and clinch but Del Castillo swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

The referee calls for the fighters to work.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters, thinking about a standup.
Del Castillo drops an elbow to the side of Wyatt's head.

Del Castillo is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Wyatt is just riding it out for now. Del Castillo eventually gives up the hold.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
