Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Uchima Gonshiro (ranked 24363 p4p, 2834 weight class) and Shu Fang Tzeng (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Tzeng's choice of entrance music: Mantra Chant. The key to victory for Uchima Gonshiro has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Uchima Gonshiro!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 26 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Shu Fang Tzeng!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yuuki Gou and Kenichi Hosakawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tzeng leaves Gonshiro with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Tzeng pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Gonshiro throwing a counter right hand but Tzeng manages to avoid it.
Gonshiro looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Tzeng bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Gonshiro tries to bench press Tzeng off him but Tzeng keeps the position.
Tzeng tries to move to mount but Gonshiro blocks the move with his legs.

Tzeng is working to tighten his grip on Gonshiro's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Gonshiro has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Tzeng is really squeezing tight and eventually Gonshiro passes out! Tzeng breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
