Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, William H Bonney!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Chris Edwards and Steven Brown.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tucker throws a push kick but Bonney slaps the foot to one side.
Bonney lands a lovely overhand right.

It looks like Charles Tucker has been cut.
Tucker on the wrong end of a nice jab.

and Tucker counters with a straight right hand.
Bonney tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Tucker was well out of range. Poor timing from Bonney.
William H Bonney seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Tucker takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

As Bonney backs away, Tucker returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.

Tucker drops his hands momentarily and Bonney takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Tucker looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Bonney bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Tucker's head backwards.

It looked like Tucker wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Bonney throws out a loose jab but Tucker uses good head movement to avoid it.

Bonney throws a low kick, looking for Tucker's leg but Tucker calmly moves out of range.
The fighters circling - Tucker throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Bonney looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Tucker misses with a kick to the body.
Bonney uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Tucker has time to react.
Bonney feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Tuckers jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Tucker is rocked!

Jeez, Charles Tucker's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
Bonney throws a lazy uppercut
and Tucker finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Oh Tucker is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bonney lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Tucker at a distance.
Tucker seems to have got his legs back now.
Tucker misses with a hook. Bonney ducked under it nicely.
Bonney misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Tucker.
Tucker on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Bonney. Bonney obviously looking to wear him down.
Bonney lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bonney drops Tucker with a straight right hand, right on the button! Bonney follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). William H Bonney!
After winning the bout, William H Bonney thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
