Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ike Villanova (ranked 3756 p4p, 3413 weight class) and Leo Pard (ranked 436 p4p, 412 weight class). Ike Villanova is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ike Villanova!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Leo Pard!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Dillan Fox and Trevor Gratis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pard throws a sloppy body shot
and Villanova counters with a left and a right that stings Pard.
Villanova swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Villanova definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Villanova thuds his right hand into Pard's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Villanova takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Villanova's corner calls for a 1-2. Villanova obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Pard uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Villanova.
Pard tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Villanova throws a jab but it's blocked by Pard.
Pard buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Pard with the inside leg kick.
Pard throws a nice head kick!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Pard misses with the combination.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Villanova on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Pard. Pard obviously looking to wear him down.
Villanova misses with a looping left.
Villanova throws a hook but Pard blocks it.
And Pard responds with a good body kick, but Villanova manages to step out the way in time.
Villanova throws a right hand that misses
and Pard counters with a flying knee. Nice.
A slapping leg kick lands for Pard.
Villanova throws a looping overhand right but Pard ducks down to avoid it.
Pard catches Villanova with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
A head kick from Pard lands but Villanova takes it in his stride.
Villanova slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Pard misses with the body kick
and Villanova counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Villanova cracks Pard with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Pard tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Villanova pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Pard is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ike Villanova!
