The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horvat fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Hanson looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Horvat lands a nice shot that snaps Hanson's head back.

It looks like Rikkard Hanson has been cut.
We've been told by Horvat's head coaches at The Scrap Squad that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Horvat scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Hanson doesn't seem bothered though.
Hanson gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Horvat gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Hanson is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!

After the fight, Jack Horvat was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
