Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Drizzt Do Urden (ranked 155 p4p, 1382 weight class) and Porthos Knox (ranked 19 p4p, 184 weight class). Do Urden comes to the cage accompanied by Junna Through the fire and flames. Knox has chosen One Step Closer | Linkin Park as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 29 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Drizzt Do Urden!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 16 - 3, fighting out of Amsterdam, Porthos Knox!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Saam Ante and Wagner Zegers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Do Urden throws a right and a left that Knox avoids nicely.
Knox tries to clinch but Do Urden is having none of it.
Knox tries to clinch up.
Nice uppercut lands for Do Urden. That snapped Knox's head back.
Knox lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Knox throws a sloppy head kick and Do Urden moves out of range easily.
Do Urden cracks Knox with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Do Urden throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Knox looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Knox scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Do Urden seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Do Urden with a nice cross.

Knox clinches with his opponent.
Knox tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Do Urden escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Knox lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Do Urden looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Porthos Knox seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Do Urden throws a leg kick that misses.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Knox! But no joy.
Do Urden misses with an uppercut. Knox saw that one coming.
Knox lands with a straight right. Do Urden didn't see that one coming.
Do Urden misses the shot to the body.
Knox throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Knox tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Do Urden was well out of range. Poor timing from Knox.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Knox steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Do Urden.
Knox misses with a two punch combination.
Do Urden with a nice calf kick.
Knox jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Do Urden throws a lazy right hand but Knox sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Knox throws an off balance right hand
letting Do Urden counter with a right hand.
Do Urden waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Knox.
Knox wants to counter with a clinch but Do Urden pushes him away.
Do Urden takes one on the button.
Knox lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Do Urden circles away quickly and effectively.

Knox moves into range and clinches up with Do Urden.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Knox.
Do Urden throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Knoxs head.
Do Urden blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Do Urden blocks an uppercut.
Knox scores with a hook to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Knox breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Knox misses with an uppercut.
Do Urden moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Do Urden throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Knox on the side of the head.
Knox misses with an uppercut. Do Urden saw that one coming.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Knox cracks Do Urden with an open hand slap.
Knox uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Do Urden.
Knox tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
A little feinted left hand from Do Urden on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Do Urden ducks under a wild hook from Knox.
Knox jabs at Do Urden's body.
Do Urden swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Knox.
Do Urden defending well as Knox loads up on a big left hand.
Do Urden appears to be looking for a big counter.
Knox missing with a left hand there. Do Urden was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Do Urden scores with a jab to the body.
A big right from Do Urden misses.
Knox throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Do Urden throwing a counter right hand but Knox manages to avoid it.
Do Urden lands a really nice looking cross but Knox seems unphased.
Do Urden uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Knox has time to react.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Do Urden jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Do Urden fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Do Urden moves out of range of the strikes.

Do Urden drops Knox with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Knox looks back up at him and smiles so Do Urden waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Knox is rocked!
Do Urden slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Knox is still on wobbly legs! Can Do Urden finish him?
Knox moves away from the strike by Do Urden.
Do Urden cracks Knox on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Knox falls backwards against the cage. Do Urden follows up with more strikes that drop Knox to his knees. Do Urden keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Knox! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Drizzt Do Urden!
