Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Arax Lightspeed (ranked 235 p4p, 707 weight class) and Manolito Tai Kung (ranked 28 p4p, 96 weight class). Lightspeed comes to the cage accompanied by Silver Scrapes. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Taro Takaoka and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tai Kung lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Tai Kung throws a lazy right hand but Lightspeed sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Lightspeed is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Tai Kung.
Lightspeed needs to keep his hands up - Tai Kung had a free shot at his head there.

Lightspeed looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Tai Kung in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

Tai Kung cracks Lightspeed's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Lightspeed slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Tai Kung can do further damage! This one is done, son!
