Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jose Rondon!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Sosuke Kotani and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Savga lands a two punch combo.
It looks like Jose Rondon has been cut.
Savga misses with a looping left.
Savga is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Rondon.
Savga backing away here, and Rondon unleashes a leg kick that just misses.
Savga looks to throw the jab but Rondon is out of range.
Rondon feints a counter leg kick.
Savga just misses with a punch to the body.
Despite the aggression on Rondon's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
A big left from Savga misses.
Rondon is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Savga throws a right hand that misses
and Rondon counters with an inside leg kick.
Savga throws an off balance right hand
and Rondon counters with a thumping low kick.
Savga tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Rondon was well out of range. Poor timing from Savga.
Rondon throws a counter combo.
Nicolae Savga seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Savga throws an overhand right that lands on Rondon's shoulder, as Rondon tries to avoid the shot.
Rondon looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Savga!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Rondon advances nicely into full mount.
Rondon working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Savga turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Rondon off and cradles Savga's limp body as Rondon celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Jose Rondon!
