Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chew Kok (ranked 2434 p4p, 1743 weight class) and Aron Egomi (ranked 101 p4p, 77 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Egomi's choice of entrance music: Hand of doom by Manowar. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Aron Egomi enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Chew Kok!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Aron Egomi!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Egomi has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Kok creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
The fighters are playing wrist control here with Egomi pressed against the cage. Kok frees himself up and cracks Egomi with an uppercut straight from the bowels of hell! Egomi crumples to the floor, out cold! Kok jumps on to the cage and takes in the roar of the crowd! That was nasty!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Chew Kok!
After winning the bout, Chew Kok thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
