Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Henny Bottles (ranked 3510 p4p, 2835 weight class) and Lou Gotch (ranked 196 p4p, 166 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 7 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Henny Bottles!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 5 - 2, fighting out of New York, Lou Gotch!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Percy O'Donnell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gotch shoots in looking for a takedown but Bottles manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Gotch's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Bottles swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Bottles misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Gotch showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Bottles.
Gotch drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Bottles defends it well.
Gotch shoots for a takedown but Bottles saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
It looked like Bottles was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Gotch.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Gotch tightens his grip and picks Bottles up, before dumping him to the ground. Bottles manages to land in guard.

My spies in Tran MMA Gym inform me that Gotch has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Gotch is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Gotch tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Bottles smiles and moves away.

That was a close second round but I would say that Henny Bottles will probably get the nod.

Gotch is nestled in close to Bottles, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
