Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Omar Dahir (ranked 5043 p4p, 5266 weight class) and Tyson Hargrave (ranked 490 p4p, 492 weight class). Hargrave has chosen Mastodon - High Road as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Omar Dahir!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tyson Hargrave!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Ian Loll and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dahir takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Dahir tries for a takedown but Hargrave circles away easily
and Hargrave counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Dahir closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Dahir perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Dahir's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
