Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kilo Maluga (ranked 1 p4p, 29 weight class) and Kjetil Olsen (ranked 1 p4p, 4 weight class). Maluga comes to the cage accompanied by JUNGLE. The crowd seem to be enjoying Olsen's choice of entrance music: Liberty by LXST CXNTURY. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Kenichi Hosakawa and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maluga moves into range and clinches up with Olsen.
Maluga escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Maluga thows a leg kick but Olsen checks it
and Olsen cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Kilo Maluga has been cut.
Maluga gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Maluga misses with a hook to the ribs.
Olsen lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Maluga backwards.
Olsen lands a hook to the side of the head.
Maluga scores with a shot to the side of Olsen's head.

A head punch on the inside from Maluga fails to land.
Maluga struggles to land a body shot inside as Olsen controls his hands.

Maluga looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Olsen swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Olsen lands a big head kick that sends Maluga tumbling to the mat! Olsen takes a step backwards and waves Maluga back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Maluga doesn't manage to clinch there - Olsen circles away.
Maluga uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Olsen.
Kjetil Olsen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A low kick lands for Maluga.

and Olsen counters with a nice body kick.
Olsen has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
A jab from Olsen misses.
Maluga was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Olsen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

enabling Maluga to counter with a crisp jab.
Maluga tries to close the distance and clinch up but Olsen swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Olsen throws out a counter right but Maluga avoids it with no problem.
Olsen looks to throw the jab but Maluga is out of range.
Maluga tried to counter with a leg kick but Olsen avoided it.

Maluga swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Maluga moves away from the strike by Olsen.
Maluga tries to counter by clinching up but Olsen breaks away and moves out of range.
Olsen is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Maluga avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Maluga walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Kilo Maluga's cut is getting worse.
Maluga slips a straight right by Olsen.
Olsen throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Olsen throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Maluga counters with a powerful cross that connects right on the chin and the lights go out! A massive one punch knock out!
