Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between James Spencer (ranked 791 p4p, 2235 weight class) and Brock Dredd (ranked 112 p4p, 280 weight class). Dredd has chosen Wake up the Town as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dredd blocks a jab.
It seemed like Dredd was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Spencer bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Spencer attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Spencer drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Dredd walks into a straight right hand from Spencer.
Spencer throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Dredd counters with a nice body shot.
Spencer misses with a jab to the body
and Dredd connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Spencer throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Dredd colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Spencer as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Dredd is left battered and dazed whilst Spencer and his camp cheer!

James Spencer opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
