Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bobby Fete!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 1, fighting out of New York, Sam Gray!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Eddie Farnsworth and Columbo Gatti.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fete rushes Gray and presses him up against the cage.
Gray is looking to break free of the clinch but Fete has double underhooks.
Fete jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Gray walks away with a smile on his face. Fete gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
The fight stays on the outside here - Fete looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Gray misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Fete shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Gray pinned against the cage. Gray gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Fete closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Gray manages to get to full guard.
Fete pushing down on Gray's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Fete moves nicely into side control.
Gray regains half guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Fete is trying to control. Gray wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Fete has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Gray defend it? Fete steps over the head and cranks it - Gray is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Fete!
