Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wei Chong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pablo Moro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Wei Chong!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Pablo Moro!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Matti Vanhoillinen and Roosa Järviläinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chong is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Moro tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Chong swivels and escapes.
Chong keeps Moro at a distance using the push kick.
Moro looks gassed!
Chong misses with a takedown attempt - Moro sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Chong lands a really nice looking cross but Moro seems unphased.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Chong cracks Moro with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Moro looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Chong finish him?


Moro is rocked!


It looks like Pablo Moro has been cut.

Chong moves into the clinch.
Moro is still on wobbly legs! Can Chong finish him?

Moro seems to have recovered his senses.
Moro tries for a takedown but Chong manages to get underhooks.
Chong tries to land knees in the clinch but Moro avoids the damage to the body.

Chong gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Chong is looking to take a break and control but Moro is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Chong is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Moro is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Moro tries to roll over but Chong keeps him under control.
Moro is looking to get back to full guard here but Chong has managed to pass to side control instead.

Moro is squirming around, avoiding Chong's attempts to control the action.
Moro tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Chong looking for a guillotine from mount but Moro is having none of it.

Chong tries to control but Moro wriggling away.

Chong blocks Moro's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.
Chong controlling from the full mount.
Chong trying to control but Moro is having none of it.
Moro is in all sorts of trouble here.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Moro can do anything to dispel that myth.
Chong can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Moro is looking to escape.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Wei Chong just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.
Chong scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.

Chong tries for a takedown but Moro sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Chong connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Pablo Moro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chong slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Chong fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Moro, pushing him back against the cage.
Chong landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Moro blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
The referee calls for Chong to work.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Moro goes for a takedown in the clinch but Chong prevents it.
Wei Chong has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pablo Moro.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Chong trying to land knees to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The cut man is working on Pablo Moro's cut.
That's time! Chong's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Moro on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Moro shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Chong as he avoids it easily.
Moro walks into a stiff left hand from Chong.
Chong cracks Moro with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Chong has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Moro to stand back up!


Moro is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Chong tries to clinch up but Moro circles away and keeps his distance.
Moro is still on wobbly legs! Can Chong finish him?
Chong doesn't manage to clinch there - Moro circles away.
Moro seems to have recovered his senses.
Moro ducks straight into an uppercut from Chong and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Moro maanges to regain guard straight away.
Chong wants to control from the top but Moro keeps moving.

Moro looking for a guillotine here but Chong defends easily.
Chong is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Chong trying to control the position from guard on top but Moro is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Moro is breathing heavily.
Chong not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Moro looking for a guillotine here but Chong defends easily.
Chong controlling from the top position.

Moro looking for subs off his back but Chong has passed one foot through into half guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Moro actively working from the bottom here.
Chong is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Chong trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Chong lands a nice shot to the head.
Moro is trying desperately to improve position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Moro throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.
Chong trying to control but Moro is having none of it.
Chong is really struggling to control Moro but he's trying to hold on to the position.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Moro tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Chong can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Moro is looking to escape.
Moro is looking to get to half guard.

Moro tries to land a strike from the bottom but Chong has taken his back! He's got the choke... big trouble for Moro here! Moro is tapping! Great work there by Chong!
