Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vunipola Veainu (ranked 353 p4p, 405 weight class) and Aron Egomi (ranked 23 p4p, 27 weight class). Egomi is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Hand of doom by Manowar. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 22 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Vunipola Veainu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Aron Egomi!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Shirou Masuda and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Veainu tries to clinch there but Egomi circles away.
Veainu closes the distance and pushes Egomi back into the cage.
Veainu lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Egomi jumps guard but Veainu stands there with Egomi around his waist. Egomi gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Egomi throws a punch but it's blocked by Veainu.
Veainu presses Egomi against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Egomi tries to work over Veainu's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Veainu tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Egomi's elbow.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Egomi has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Veainu is trying to keep an underhook but Egomi manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Veainu won't allow Egomi to pass to mount.

Veainu is looking for a sweep. Egomi is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

and Veainu counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.
