Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dick Grayson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jangle Veruca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Grayson comes to the cage accompanied by To the Batmobile. Veruca comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Diamond in the Rough kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grayson checks a leg kick nicely.

Veruca looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Grayson is trying to keep Veruca in close.

Grayson looking for a guillotine here but Veruca defends easily.
Grayson manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Veruca tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Grayson trying to control but he's not successful this time.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Veruca sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Veruca has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Grayson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Veruca has his hands on Grayson's head, controlling the position.

Grayson thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Veruca has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Grayson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Veruca looking to hit a scissor sweep but Grayson is one step ahead there.
Grayson postures up and lands a big shot to Veruca's brow.
