Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joe Exotic (ranked 12 p4p, 50 weight class) and Mickey Garcia (ranked 3 p4p, 10 weight class). Exotic comes to the cage accompanied by Joe Exotic - I Saw a Tiger. Garcia has chosen S.G. Sinnicks - St Patrick Battalion as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shirou Masuda and Yukihiro Shimada.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcia connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Garcia throws a shot from downtown. Exotic moves away and avoids it.
Exotic has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Exotic there as he acknowledges the shot.
Exotic lands a nice looking body shot.
Garcia throws out a loose jab but Exotic uses good head movement to avoid it.
Garcia on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Exotic throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Exotic slips a straight right by Garcia.
Exotic appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Exotic misses the shot to the body.
Garcia blocks a head kick by Exotic.
Garcia wants to counter with a clinch but Exotic pushes him away.
Exotic lands with a shot to the body.
Garcia swings away with a body shot that misses
and Exotic counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Exotic throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Garcia cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Exotic lands a jab to Garcia's midsection.
Exotic looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Exotic dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Garcia. That did some damage!
Garcia wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Garcia tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Exotic paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Garcia misses with a jab to the body
and Exotic counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Garcia scores with a nice strike.
Exotic lands with a kick to the temple. Garcia shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Garcia gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Exotic just misses with a punch to the body.
A jab lands there for Garcia.

Garcia has closed the distance and engaged Exotic in a clinch.
Exotic has had enough of the clinch but Garcia keeps him there for the moment.
Exotic is trying to break free.
Exotic tries to circle away but Garcia has him pinned against the cage.
Exotic is trying to force a seperation but Garcia has the dominant position.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Exotic creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Exotic trying to stall but Garcia improves his position.
Exotic blocking some punches.
Garcia told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight.

Exotic breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Garcia throws an off balance right hand
and Exotic counters with a right hand to the body.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Garcia throws a right and a left that Exotic avoids nicely.
Garcia scores with a hook to the body. Exotic takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Exotic swings for the body but Garcia moves out of range.
Garcia takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Exotic fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Garcia looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Garcia misses with a right hand
and Exotic counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Garcia takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Garcia on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Exotic walks into a straight right hand from Garcia.
Garcia scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Exotic connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Exotic fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Garcia blocks a head kick by Exotic.
Garcia appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.

Exotic goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Exotic lands a nice looking body shot.

Exotic sends Garcia crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Exotic is motioning to the referee to let Garcia up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Garcia is rocked!
Exotic lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Garcia head around and knocks him out cold! Exotic hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
