The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pappalardi staying out of range there.
Pappalardi lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kolomensky circles away quickly and effectively.
A little feinted left hand from Kolomensky on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

It looks like Sergey Kolomensky has been cut.
Pappalardi blocks a jab.
Kolomensky swings widly with a right hand
and Pappalardi cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Pappalardi takes a jab right on the kisser.
Pappalardi tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kolomensky was well out of range. Poor timing from Pappalardi.
Pappalardi catches Kolomensky with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Pappalardi closes the distance and pushes Kolomensky back into the cage.
Pappalardi presses Kolomensky against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Pappalardi drops Kolomensky onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Kolomensky is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Kolomensky is rocked!

Sergey Kolomensky's cut is getting worse.
Pappalardi lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Kolomensky or not.
Kolomensky is breathing heavily.
Pappalardi makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Oh Kolomensky is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Pappalardi lands a big right hand that drops Kolomensky! The killer instinct kicks in and Pappalardi finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Pappalardi!
