The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walker fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Pappalardi checks it well.
Walker lands a nice leg kick that just misses Pappalardi's sensitive parts.
Simon Walker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A swing and a miss from Walker.
Pappalardi is looking to counter punch.
Pappalardi swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A chopping leg kick lands by Walker.

and Pappalardi cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

It looks like Simon Walker has been cut.
Pappalardi jabs Walker right on the nose. Walker blinks but takes it well.
A telegraphed right hand from Pappalardi misses the target.

Pappalardi drops Walker with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Walker looks back up at him and smiles so Pappalardi waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

and Pappalardi holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Walker tries to throw a body punch but Pappalardi avoids it by throwing Walker back against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Walker's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Walker misses with a hook from the clinch.
Pappalardi pushes Walker back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Walker looks winded!
Pappalardi blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Pappalardi lands a body shot.

Pappalardi drops Walker onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Walker is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Pappalardi lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Pappalardi loads up on a right hand - it lands flush and knocks Walker senseless! What a punch!
