Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Adriel Nayati (ranked 3283 p4p, 3590 weight class) and Khabib Nurmagomedov (ranked 365 p4p, 392 weight class). Nayati comes to the cage accompanied by Indian Calling - At War. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nayati fails to land the takedown.
Nayati shoots in but no luck this time.
Nurmagomedov tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Nayati tries to score a power double leg takedown but Nurmagomedov sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Nayati somewhat.
Nurmagomedov changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Adriel Nayati. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Nayati swats away the attempt to clinch by Nurmagomedov.
Nayati tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Nurmagomedov defends well and Nayati ends up having to push Nurmagomedov into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Nayati lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Nurmagomedov or not.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nurmagomedov wants to take the fight to the mat but Nayati manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Nayati is trying to trip Nurmagomedov. He has hold of a leg but Nurmagomedov is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Nayati persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Nayati drops back looking for a leg! Nurmagomedov is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Nurmagomedov manages to kick Nayati off! Nayati jumps back into Nurmagomedov's guard.

Nayati got a little sloppy there for a moment and Nurmagomedov has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Nayati has managed to get both his arms back between Nurmagomedov's legs - danger averted.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Nayati cracks Nurmagomedov with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Nayati immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Nurmagomedov is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Nayati!
