Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Brett Keane (ranked 2082 p4p, 2390 weight class) and Dingleberry Jones (ranked 262 p4p, 297 weight class). Jones is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Hell Yeah. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dingleberry Jones!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones digs a good hook to Keane's body.
Keane looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Jones misses the shot to the body.
Jones scores with a jab to the body.
Keane on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Jones with a nice cross.

and Keane counters with a stiff right hand.
Nice defenses there by Jones.
Keane looks to land a left hand but Jones moved out of range nicely.

A looping hook to the body misses from Jones. Keane does a little dance to reset his feet.

Jones shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Jones was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Keane manages to work his way to half guard, despite Jones's best efforts.

Jones fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Keane on the side of the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Keane bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Jones's head.

Jones looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Jones is keen to just control but Keane is a slippery customer.
Jones slips a nice elbow through Keane's hands, connecting with Keane's forehead.
Jones is looking to take a break and control but Keane is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Keane is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Jones pulls his head out easily.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Let's hope that Jones has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Jones throws a strike but Keane rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Jones has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Keane doesn't defend quickly enough and Jones has managed to lock this one up! Can Keane escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Jones on a fantastic submission victory.
