Coming up we have a welterweight kickboxing rules bout between Trage Tragedy (ranked 5275 p4p, 2278 weight class) and Liam George (ranked 511 p4p, 285 weight class). Liam George has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 13 - 0, fighting out of New York, Trage Tragedy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Liam George!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yuuki Gou and Taro Takaoka.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tragedy has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from George.
George slips under a jab.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that George has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
A swing and a miss from Tragedy.
Tragedy throws out a loose jab but George uses good head movement to avoid it.
Tragedy throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and George counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Tragedy throws a head kick that misses
and George counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

It looks like Trage Tragedy has been cut.
Tragedy misses with a two punch combination.
Tragedy missing with a left hand there. George was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Tragedy throws a lazy right hand but George sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

and George cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

George catches his opponent with a big hook that sends him to the canvas! Tragedy stumbles back to his feet but will the referee allow it to continue? Tragedy walks forwards and this one will be allowed to continue! Come on!

and George counters with a really nice, stiff jab that drops Tragedy onto his ass. He'll have to take the mandatory count from the referee but he's back on his feet and he seems OK to continue.

Trage Tragedy's cut is getting worse.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Tragedy swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and George counters with a perfectly timed counter left hook that drops Tragedy to the mat, face first! George goes to the neutral corner and waits for the referee to start the count. Tragedy is back to hise feet already though and looking to continue the bout! Exciting stuff!

Tragedy is rocked!
A bone on bone clash there as George blocks the leg kick.
Oh Tragedy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

and as Tragedy tries to reset, George cracks him with a perfect counter right hand that drops him to the mat! Tragedy is trying to get up but he's doing the chicken dance and face plants back to the floor - that's enough for the referee and he's called the bout! This one is all over!
