The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Ben Zyskovitsi and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haapa shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Wilkins counters with a straight right hand.
Haapa tries to keep at a distance but Wilkins has taken the fight into the clinch.
Haapa jumps guard but Wilkins turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Haapa is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Wilkins pulls him back up using the underhooks.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tommy Haapa. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Haapa is fighting off a takedown attempt but Wilkins is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Haapa to the mat. Haapa regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Wilkins passes Haapa's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Haapa is looking for a sweep. Wilkins is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Haapa is desperately trying to improve his position but Wilkins has a good base and remains in mount.
Haapa is squirming around, avoiding Wilkins's attempts to control the action.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Haapa is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Wilkins throws some wild stikes that Haapa manages to avoid easily.

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.

Wilkins is persistently looking for the submission but Haapa is defending it well.
Wilkins tries to keep control of the position but Haapa is staying busy.
Haapa rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Haapa is staying active underneath Wilkins, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Haapa is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Wilkins is aware though and is defending well.
Haapa is looking for a triangle but Wilkins pushes his legs off easily.

Wilkins forces Haapa back against the cage and clinches.
Haapa jumps guard but Wilkins stands there with Haapa around his waist. Haapa gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Wilkins will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Haapa up against the cage.

and Wilkins counters with a left right combination that sends Haapa crashing to the mat - Wilkins wastes no time in diving on top of him and pounding Haapa out for a TKO! Devastating finish!
