Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 26 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sepi Pulkkinen!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Tatsuya Matsuyama.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pulkkinen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Son appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Son throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Son takes the fight into the clinch.

Pulkkinen breaks the clinch.
Son with a nice calf kick.
Son fails with a takedown attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Son shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Pulkkinen but Pulkkinen pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Son shoots and misses
and Pulkkinen counters with a stiff right hand.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hueng Son. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Pulkkinen with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Son uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Pulkkinen.

Son moves into range and clinches up with Pulkkinen.
Son is trying to push Pulkkinen away but Pulkkinen has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Son is looking to break free of the clinch but Pulkkinen has double underhooks.
Son tries to pull guard but Pulkkinen holds him up against the cage and eventually Son drops back down to his feet.

Pulkkinen escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Pulkkinen lands a big uppercut and Son crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Son looks OK. Pulkkinen waves Son back to his feet!
A nice leg kick lands there from Pulkkinen.
Pulkkinen throws a nice looking combination but Son bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Son connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Pulkkinen! Son is out on his feet! Pulkkinen rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Son is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Son is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

After the fight, Sepi Pulkkinen was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
