Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between The Warrior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Conor Doyle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, The Warrior!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Conor Doyle!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Chris Downing and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Warrior throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
The Warrior seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Warrior fails to land the takedown.

Doyle clinches with his opponent.
Warrior has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Doyle is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Doyle breaks the clinch.

Warrior scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Doyle is trying to get back to his feet.
Warrior will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Doyle tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Warrior wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Warrior stands up over Doyle, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Doyle wants to sweep here but Warrior controlling him for the moment.

Doyle pushes Warrior off and gets back to his feet.

and Doyle counters by moving into the clinch.
Warrior is pressed up against the cage. Doyle has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Warrior down to the mat. Warrior avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Warrior fails to land with a series of punches.
Warrior misses with a two punch combination.

Warrior misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for The Warrior. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Doyle shoots in but no luck this time.
Warrior stalks Doyle and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Doyle's face. Doyle staggers backwards, shaken.

and Doyle counters with a single leg into guard. Warrior didn't expect that.
Warrior has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Warrior holds on and takes a little breather.
Warrior has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Doyle won't allow Warrior to sweep him here.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Warrior doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Warrior is pulling down on Doyle's head to control his posture.
Warrior looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Warrior really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The referee stands the fighters back up. The Warrior just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.
No joy there for Warrior, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Warrior avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Warrior shoots in looking for a takedown. Doyle tries to sprawl out of it but Warrior keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Doyle manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Warrior shoots in for a double leg but Doyle sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Doyle throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

and Doyle counters with a left to the body.
Doyle tries to clinch but Warrior is having none of it.
Horrible takedown by Warrior or perhaps it was just good defense by Doyle which made him look bad.

Warrior throws a combination that misses
letting Doyle counter with a right hand.
Doyle tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Doyle has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Warrior can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Warrior with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Doyle is breathing heavily.
Doyle is looking to stand up but Warrior isn't so interested in that idea.
Warrior postures up and lands a big shot to Doyle's brow.

Warrior distracts Doyle with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Warrior is in close to Doyle's body, working some short punches and elbows.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Warrior drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Warrior as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Doyle screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Warrior! Nice submission victory there!
