Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kazuma Kiryu (ranked 1099 p4p, 1855 weight class) and Guy Le Franc (ranked 143 p4p, 236 weight class). Guy Le Franc has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Kazuma Kiryu's chin.

The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Darius Henderson and Ron Honeybunn.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Le Franc throws a hook but Kiryu avoids it easily.
Kiryu connects with a good right hand that stumbles Le Franc. Le Franc circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Kiryu throws a head kick but Le Franc moves out of range.
A jab from Le Franc does it's job there.
It looks like Kazuma Kiryu has been cut.
Kiryu throws a lazy right hand but Le Franc sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Le Franc looks to land a body kick but Kiryu moved away.
Kiryu misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Le Franc.
Le Franc appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kiryu dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Le Franc. That did some damage!

Kiryu fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Le Franc.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Kiryu feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Le Franc sprawling to the canvas! Le Franc rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Kiryu finish him?!

and Le Franc counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Le Franc tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Kiryu swings wildly with an uppercut but Le Franc uses good head movement to avoid it.

Le Franc is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Kiryu defends well.

A little jabbing left from Le Franc on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.

Kiryu lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
It looks like Guy Le Franc has been cut.
Kiryu pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Kiryu cracks Le Franc with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Le Franc looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Kiryu finish him?

Le Franc throws a leg kick that is checked
and Kiryu counters with a deadly accurate combination that rocks Le Franc badly! He tries to strike back but Kiryu puts an end to that with another precision combo that knocks Le Franc out cold! Oh man, Le Franc will never hear the end of this one!

A very excited looking Kazuma Kiryu made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
