Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bastien Harris!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Gunner Bond!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Alec Ball and Steve Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harris throws a lazy right hand but Bond sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
A little jabbing left from Bond on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Bond throws a leg kick which misses Harris's front leg but catches the back leg as Harris tries to avoid it.
Bond scores with a shot to the body.
Harris misses with a straight left.
Bond defending well as Harris loads up on a big left hand.
Bastien Harris seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bond lands a nice hook to Harris's body. Harris takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Harris blocks a head kick by Bond.

and Bond makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Bond tries to land a front kick but Harris steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

and Bond counters with a head kick that drops Harris to the mat! Harris scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Harris, as that shot connected.
Bond looks for the body kick but Harris saw that one coming.
Harris looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Nice defenses there by Bond.
Bond looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Harris throws a shot from downtown. Bond moves away and avoids it.
Bond takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Harris stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

It looks like Gunner Bond has been cut.
Harris misses the jab.
Harris cracks Bond with a right hand to the side of the head.
Harris throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Bond moves out of range as Harris strikes.
Bond throws a nice outside leg kick.
Harris throws a hook but Bond blocks it.
Harris jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Harris looks to land a left hand but Bond moved out of range nicely.
Bond steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
Harris throws a hook to the side of Bond's head but Bond sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Harris rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Bond counters with a low kick, right behind Harris 's knee.

Bond catches Harris with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Bond tests Harris's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Harris swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Bond gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Bond flicks out a counter leg kick but Harris steps away.

And an attempted straight right on the counter from Bond! But no joy.

It seemed like Bond was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Harris is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Bond lands a big uppercut and Harris crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Harris looks OK. Bond waves Harris back to his feet!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bond displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Harris throws out the jab.

Bond cracks Harris with a hook to the temple - Harris is on wobbly legs here! Bond swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Harris falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Bond wins by TKO!
