Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Mengrire Krenakore has been cut.
Drake swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Krenakore misses with a series of wild punches.
Drake avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
A quick step to the side and Drake tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Krenakore jabs Drake to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Krenakore takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Mengrire Krenakore seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fighters circle momentarily. Krenakore darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Drake steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Krenakore.
Krenakore throws a nice looking combination but Drake bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Krenakore's coach down at Iron Sharpens Iron was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Krenakore's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

and Drake counters with a three punch combo that has Krenakore backing up. Krenakore nods at Drake to acknowledge the strikes.

Krenakore is still on wobbly legs! Can Drake finish him?
Krenakore jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Drake fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Krenakore to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Krenakore looks to clinch but Drake throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Krenakore taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
