The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice uppercut there from Stamatis.
Stamatis stuns Gee with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Stamatis pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Gee has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.

Gee dips to his left and cracks Stamatis with an uppercut!

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Gee.
Stamatis tries to bum rush Gee with a series of wild strikes but Gee uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Gee is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.

Gee moves forwards but Stamatis connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Stamatis is looking to wear down Gee with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Gee has the Thai clinch. He lands a big knee to the head and Stamatis goes down! Gee dives on top of him - Stamatis manages to get guard.
Oh Stamatis is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

It looks like Alexandros Stamatis has been cut.

Gee decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Stamatis, up you get!
