Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rasmus Reedtz (ranked 208 p4p, 62 weight class) and Rob Roy (ranked 34 p4p, 11 weight class). Rasmus Reedtz is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 24 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rasmus Reedtz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 34 - 12 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rob Roy!
The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Hugh Johnson and Chris Dean.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reedtz lands with a straight right. Roy didn't see that one coming.
Reedtz misses the shot to the body.

Reedtz fires out a quick counter leg kick but Roy just manages to avoid it.
Roy uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Reedtz.

Reedtz throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Roy's waist but Roy gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Reedtz off to one side.

We've been hearing good reports from Reedtz's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Reedtz, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
