Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pato tries to close the distance and clinch up but Said swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Pato keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Pato wants to get back to his feet.
Said is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Pato is trying to stand up here but Said is controlling him well.

Said distracts Pato with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Said keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Pato's head.

Said uses his free foot to push down on Pato's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Pato.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pato is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Said looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Pato with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Pato regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Said.

Said wants to pass the guard but Pato is keeping the position.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Said throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Pato scrambles and gets back to his feet.

Pato has Said up against the cage in a clinch.

Pato breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Pato displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Said throws out the jab.
Pato wants to land a leg kick but Said is out of range.

Said fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Pato sprawls well initially but Said persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Said seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Pato does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

That was a close second round but I would say that Kareem Said will probably get the nod.

Pato is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Said has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Said throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Pato works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.
Pato is staying active underneath Said, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Said stalling away here and it's allowed Pato to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

I would just about give that final round to Alex Pato.
