Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Master Petrov !
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Tarja Halkonen and Johanna Lukiainen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petrov getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Nikora misses the jab.
A jab from Petrov does it's job there.
Nikora tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Petrov was well out of range. Poor timing from Nikora.
Petrov is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Nikora.
Petrov lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Sloppy strikes from Nikora. Those never looked like landing.
Nikora throws a right and a left that Petrov avoids nicely.
Petrov throws a jab but it's blocked by Nikora.
Petrov paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Petrov throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Nikora's head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Petrov lands a big uppercut and Nikora crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Nikora looks OK. Petrov waves Nikora back to his feet!

Petrov misses with a looping right.
Nikora ducks under a wild hook from Petrov .
Petrov clobbers Nikora with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Petrov lands with a straight right. Nikora didn't see that one coming.
Petrov has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Nikora is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Nikora throws a looping overhand right but Petrov ducks down to avoid it.
Nikora uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Petrov .
Petrov has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Nikora throws a right hand that misses
and Petrov connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Left hook, right uppercut from Petrov .
A swing and a miss from Nikora.
Petrov throws a right and a left that Nikora avoids nicely.
Nice defenses there by Nikora.
Nikora looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Petrov connects with a single shot there.
Petrov lands with a right hand.
Oh Nikora is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Petrov uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Nikora.
Nikora seems to have got his legs back now.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A punch lands to the side of Nikora 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Petrov scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Petrov lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
The fighters circling - Nikora throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Petrov swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Petrov scores with a nice head shot.
Petrov swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Nikora.
Nikora throws out a loose jab but Petrov uses good head movement to avoid it.
Petrov looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Petrov keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Petrov is looking to clinch.
Petrov moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Petrov feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Nikoras jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Petrov moves into range and connects with a jab.
Petrov closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Nikora! Petrov dives in looking to finish! Nikora is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
