The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Alfredo looks to land a left hand but Alfred Dead moved out of range nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A slow jab from Alfred Dead misses its intended target.
Alfredo throws out a counter right but Alfred Dead avoids it with no problem.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

It seemed like Alfredo was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

I would just about give that final round to Pollo Alfredo.
Well Alfredo has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
