Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Yovanni Ross!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Striker Jackson!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Alan Glass and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ross takes a kick to the side of the head.
Ross drives through and clinches with Jackson against the cage.
Ross is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Jackson to keep the fight standing.
Ross tries to pull guard but Jackson won't allow it.
Jackson looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Ross fails to pull the fight into his guard.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Yovanni Ross. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Ross jumps guard but Jackson stands there with Ross around his waist. Ross gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Ross tries to pull guard but Jackson won't allow it.
Jackson with a knee to the head.
Jackson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Jackson clobbers Ross with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
A jab from Jackson does it's job there.
Jackson has managed to clinch.
Ross jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Jackson walks away with a smile on his face. Ross gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Jackson drives through and clinches with Ross against the cage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Jackson lands a knee to the head.
It looks like Yovanni Ross has been cut.
Ross tries to pull guard but Jackson holds him up against the cage and eventually Ross drops back down to his feet.

Ross tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jackson with a knee to the head.
Ross is rocked!
Jackson has the Thai clinch. He lands a big knee to the head that stumbles Ross - he's in trouble! Another big knee to the head from Jackson, and another! Ross is out on his feet - the ref jumps in to save him and ends the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knees). Striker Jackson!
