Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ty Wong (ranked 2462 p4p, 3060 weight class) and Guilherme Garcia (ranked 244 p4p, 304 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Guilherme Garcia was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Alec Ball and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wong on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
A punch combination from Garcia misses.
Wong half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Garcia swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Wong counters with a shoot takedown. Garcia fights it but they end up in guard.
Garcia is wriggling around but Wong manages to pass to half guard.
Wong definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Wong seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Garcia is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!

Ty Wong decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
