Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Cujo Jackson (ranked 2600 p4p, 3383 weight class) and Veg Eta (ranked 328 p4p, 394 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jackson changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Eta looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Jackson happy to just control the position for now.

Eta is not content to let Jackson control the position.
Eta tries to buck Jackson off but Jackson is having none of it.
Jackson tries to advance to mount but can't.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The referee asks Jackson politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Jackson prefers to stall for the moment though.

Jackson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Jackson lands a strong strike to the head of Eta. That's dazed him! Jackson looking to finish here. Eta is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Jackson lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
