Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tyson Woolard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thiago Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Woolard paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Silva avoids the head kick by Woolard.

Silva shoots in and bounces Woolard off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Silva sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Woolard's guard.
Silva wants to stand but Woolard has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
Silva wants to free his trapped foot but Woolard is holding on for dear life with his legs.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Silva had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Woolard is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Silva Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Woolard's back instead.
