Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 26 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, James Braddock!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 34 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sota Sankari!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sankari swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Braddock counters with a single leg into guard. Sankari didn't expect that.
Sankari looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Braddock is pushing down on Sankari's leg trying to pass to half guard. Sankari is fighting to maintain full guard but Braddock has managed to sneak the leg through.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Braddock lands a nice short elbow.
Braddock definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Well, if Braddock is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Braddock is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Sankari is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
