Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Vernon Creed!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dwayne Mill!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Creed slaps away a takedown attempt from Mill, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Creed feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Mill sprawling to the canvas! Mill rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Creed finish him?!
Mill is rocked!
It looks like Dwayne Mill has been cut.
Creed connects with an inside leg kick.
Mill closes the distance and clinches up with Creed, looking for a takedown. Mill pushes Creed against the cage but Creed circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Mill shoots in for a takedown but Creed shows good takedown defense.
Vernon Creed has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dwayne Mill.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Creed thows a body kick. Mill tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Mill looks winded!
Mill walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Creed! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Vernon Creed!
In his post fight interview, Vernon Creed started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
The defeated Dwayne Mill had this to say: 'Losing is part of learning, this is just a set back and I will return next time fully prepared and ready.'.
