Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Henrique Castro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Richard Riddick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Castro comes to the cage accompanied by Kreator - Hordes of Chaos. The key to victory for Henrique Castro has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Horrible takedown by Riddick or perhaps it was just good defense by Castro which made him look bad.
Castro will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Castro tries to bum rush Riddick with a series of wild strikes but Riddick uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Castro rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Riddick moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Castro throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Riddick will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Riddick is looking to improve his position but Castro isn't that keen on the idea.

Riddick escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Castro gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Castro wants to stand but Riddick has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Riddick has his foot on Castro's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Castro works his way back into a safe position though.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Castro stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Riddick swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Riddick doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

A close round but Richard Riddick will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Castro lands a nice shot to the body.

Riddick is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Castro knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Riddick takes a little break here. Castro wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

Riddick is looking to take a break and control but Castro is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Riddick has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Castro looks to land a combination but Riddick avoids it well.
Castro scores with a body shot.
Castro is looking to wear down Riddick with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Castro thows a body shot but no joy.
Castro throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Riddick on the side of the head.
No joy there for Castro, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Castro misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Riddick shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Riddick was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Riddick has hold of Castro's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Castro manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Castro is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Riddick drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Riddick seems to have locked his on tight now - Castro screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Riddick, as he picks up the win!
