Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Toby Keith Yrkje (ranked 1364 p4p, 1780 weight class) and Mental Warrior (ranked 189 p4p, 240 weight class). Yrkje comes into the arena with As Good As I Once Was blaring out of the sound system. Warrior is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Side to Side. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yrkje keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Warrior.

Warrior throws a lazy right hand but Yrkje sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Warrior has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Warrior might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Mental Warrior seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Yrkje looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
