Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sorry Eh (ranked 1144 p4p, 2505 weight class) and Deniz Uzun (ranked 169 p4p, 313 weight class). Deniz Uzun will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uzun lands a head shot.
Uzun displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Eh.

Eh gets the takedown into side control.
Uzun tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Eh is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Uzun has escaped the position, nice work there.
Uzun wants to get back to his feet but Eh drags him back down.
Uzun really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Eh. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Uzun tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Eh controls the position from side control.

Uzun is pushing Eh's head away, looking to escape. Eh manages to hold on to the position though.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Eh working the ground and pound from side control.
Eh is staying tight to Uzun's torso, preventing him from escaping.
Eh working the body and head with strikes.
Eh definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Eh looks up at the clock and then as Uzun takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Eh smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Eh working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Uzun is looking to get back to his feet here but Eh is keeping cool and he's managed to take Uzun's back.
Uzun grimaces as he takes a shot to the body.
Oooh a big shot gets through from Eh. Many more shots like that and the referee will have to think about stepping in!
Eh has good solid back control here.
Eh is working the ground and pound here and the referee is taking a close look at Uzun. He must escape soon or this one will be stopped.

Can Uzun hold on?! Eh is landing more strikes to his hapless foe.
Eh biding his time, looking for the opening.
Eh lands a shot to the body.
Eh is not going to allow Uzun to sit and survive in this position.
Uzun wants to get back to his feet.
Eh has good solid back control here.

Eh uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Uzun.
Eh dives in and grabs Uzun's left leg, looking for a takedown. Uzun pushes down on Eh's head and hops out.
Uzun looks like he wants to counter punch here.

and Eh counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Uzun wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Eh manages to pass to side control.

Eh content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Eh looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Uzun with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Uzun scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Eh manages to mount him!
Eh lands a big shot there that rocks Uzun but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Eh takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Eh lands a nice shot to the head.
Eh cracks Uzun with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Uzun wants to get back to his feet.
Uzun is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
