Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gianni Castellana (ranked 395 p4p, 286 weight class) and Rasmus Reedtz (ranked 67 p4p, 45 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Castellana might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Good night. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Castellana avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Castellana takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Castellana doesn't manage to clinch there - Reedtz circles away.
Castellana has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Castellana there as he acknowledges the shot.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Reedtz has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Reedtz might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Castellana haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
